Laura started her real estate career in 2003 and quickly became a Top Producer. By her second year, she was a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and became an agent in the Top 1% of Sales for all of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, where she remains today as well as a Mega Top Producer for the region. Her use and proficiency of the latest technology enhances her success. Laura graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and a Minor in Writing.
Matthew graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing emphasizing in sales. His strong negotiating background and people skills have earned him numerous awards, including Salesman of the Month on multiple occasions, Master Salesperson, and Salesperson of the Year. In 2009, Matthew brought his skills and talent to the real estate world where he and his sister, Laura, formed The Oatley Team. Matthew focuses his efforts as a Buyer’s Specialist, where his sales experience, negotiating skills, and love for working with people have also earned him a Mega Top Producer status for the region!
Administrative Services for The Oatley Team are provided by Aimee Leow, Founder/CEO of Trusted Leverage Company, LLC. Aimee graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and a Master’s Degree in Teaching. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2013 and has a passion for providing excellent customer service and communication. Aimee loves managing the details and coordination of real estate transactions, from beginning to end.
